Here's the poll for the place of the play. Vote and tell why you think your vote is the spookiest. Pure Democracy here, wherever the most votes go is where we'll stage the play
![]() I voted for the tower because no one ever goes in there, and it's where they hang people...here's the description: A rope hangs from the highest beam... but nobody is being hung today. Through the slits in the wall you can see the entire town below you. A stairwell leads down to the main floor of the Town Hall. Not too scary, but there were hangings in there, which is spooky enough for me. -------------------- ![]() Discipline!! Discipline, i say!! It is not the doing that is hard, it is the starting. Zombie cellar is by far the spookies of these areas, so I voted for Zombie cellar

I voted for the edge of the dark forest.. for role-playing purposes, it seems like it'd be able to fit a bigger audience. Also, there's just something about staring into dark, mysterious trees.... ahh! It's Balthazar!
Yeah. Oh, and I'm so not down with the zombie dungeon.. not all level characters can go there, and I think anyone from level 1 to 50 should be able to see our creative masterpiece. ![]() -------------------- "Mother of beetles, only unclench your hand: I'll fly through the candle's mouth like a singeless moth. just wondering why it has to be a spooky place.. he he if we're doing a play shouldn't it be in a good place for an audience?

Its suppose to be a spooky play...since it's the fall festival, it's tied to holloween, which equals spooky. So the setting matters, it sets the mood.

I understand that, but we can have escorts to take people there, we dont want some people down there, because they are rude, and disrespectful, some will start disturbing the people there, and messing up the mood, and the play. So by having escort's we can take everyone there, without taking the risk of having rude, disrespectful people there. And I know a few occassions where people ruined the mood, and messed things up, RoK one year bash, a few of the weddings, and the receptions. -------------------- "Shade and sweet water, and may the stars of Kimald shine upon you forever."~Ixon Fier

Yeah, but we have no clue how many people might end up coming. And it ruins the chance for us to be running it and capture the attention of people simply passing through. Not nearly as many people in the cellars. ::Shrugs:: I don't know, just my opinion. Seems too complicated that way. I sorta figure you can never avoid the rude people and most people can ignore them. Never ruined a mood for me.

I agree with Danica I thought we'd just start putting on the play like in the middle of a semi-busy area and people would pass through and be like "hey what's this? wow this is funny" and stay and watch. if we do it in the zombie cellar then most people won't even know it's going on and those who do will just be from rok.

Yeah, that's what I'm trying to say.
![]() Doesn't really matter though, since it's really between the Tower and the Forest right now. I don't think the cellar will be something to worry about. -------------------- "Mother of beetles, only unclench your hand: I'll fly through the candle's mouth like a singeless moth. Actually, i just meant to do it in that very first part of the cellar where nothing ever spawns. and i'm posting on the Dg Forums right now about the event, so we really need to get crackin' on those lines...Thursday evening was my thoughts on the best time, but i need to check availability first. So don't worry about anyone not knowing about the play, it'll be advertised
